Joining the Blue Ribbon Cruise & Travel team in late 2016, after making my name in the Temecula Valley wine world, was a serendipitous moment in my life.
Not only was I able to continue to utilize my passion for fine wine & food - along with a true love for people - but the world actually opened up to me. Since then, I’ve now been on 10+ cruises, and have hosted or co-hosted wine groups on luxury cruise lines and itineraries such as AmaWaterways (the Danube River/Austria, Rhine/Germany, Douro/Portugal, Rhone/France); Silversea (Mediterranean); and Oceania (Alaska, NY/Canada). I’ve also been fortunate enough to sail Crystal Cruises (California Coast on the Serenity) and visit Cambodia & Vietnam on a fantastic Mekong River adventure.

Blue Ribbon Cruise & Travel handled my Duoro River cruise in late 2021. My contact and host during the sail was Chris Baptiste. During the planning stages, Chris was on top of all details sending useful updates and reminders. During the trip, he was friendly and helpful joining us for many activities. I recently went on my first river cruise in November 2021 with Blue Ribbon Cruise & Travel. It was a wine cruise on the Douro River in Portugal. What a fabulous experience, all the details were handled by our host/agent Chris Baptiste. Had no worries, he took care of it all. From the pre cruise in Lisbon, the cruise details, including flights, all accomplished seamlessly. Enjoyed it so much, going on the Christmas Market Cruise in December (2022) with Blue Ribbon Cruise & Travel and Chris. Looking forward to another fantastic cruise experience!
I had the pleasure of getting to know Chris while planning the AmaWaterways Douro River Cruise in 2021. He is amazingly efficient and very detail oriented and, as a result, he did everything that I needed to do to get ready for that cruise. He even arranged to be on the same flight with me because he knew I was apprehensive about changing flights in JFK International Airport.
